How to get to Paros
By Plane :
There are multiple flights from European cities to Athens. And some cities have direct flights to Mykonos and Santorini. The flight duration from Athens to Paros is approximately 30 minutes. Another option is to fly from Athens to Naxos, the neighboring island; from there, get a ferry to Paros ~ duration 30-40 minutes.

By Boat :
The most common way to get to Paros is to fly to Athens, Santorini, or Mykonos and then continue the trip with a ferry. This takes approximately 4 hours with the slowest boat from Athens and 40 minutes with the fastest boat from Mykonos.
The ferries to Paros depart from the ports of Piraeus and Rafina, as well as Santorini, Mykonos, and many other Cyclades Islands.
Ferry duration from Santorini to Paros is about 3 hours and
40 minutes and from Mykonos to Paros it is 45 minutes.

Make your check-in at least 2 days before the trip. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time. Note: many times there are delays but when the ferry arrives the process will be fast!

In Paros :
The best way to experience the island is by car!
Uber is not available, and taxis generally need to be pre-booked. We strongly recommend renting. Vehicles can be picked up at the airport, port, or even at your hotel.

Obs: Make sure your license is valid to drive, and if there will be a need for a permit.
Another option to get around the island is by bus. There are regular buses with stops connecting the main cities and villages of Paros.

Please note: If you are planning to travel to Paros from Athens on the same day, take travel time to the ports into consideration. The travel time from Athens International Airport to Piraeus Port is approximately 1 hour and to Rafina Port is approximately 30 minutes.
